This has a very nice six-degrees sort of feel to it. Good stuff. Do we circle back to the veterinary assistant from the beginning? I don't think so, but I could be wrong. I like the social commentary implicit in the title and supported by the dramatic tension from the story-in-a-story... or am I reading in too much?
